We also offer you the option to do it yourself. This package would suit anyone who wants to be more involved in the letting process of the property.
What that means? This means that we incorporate the concept of most online run agencies where you do the work and have flexibility to do so, and we help you to make sure that you are compliant and that your tenants are compliant too.
We will only charge you for using our platforms for advertisement purposes and anything extra that you wish to add to your listing. We will also advertise in our branch window displays and on our website.
What will be different?
In terms of how the property will be advertised everything remains the same. However, depending on the option chosen you now have the flexibility to be hands on when it comes to letting your property.
Whatever package you will opt for, we will still be here to guide you through the process should you need extra support. Our offices are in Maida Vale with a team ready to support you 6 days a week and Sundays by appointment only.
The packages are as follows:
Advertise only: from £249/listing
- Advertise your property and get the exposure your property needs on London’s biggest digital platforms – Zoopla and OnTheMarket
- Includes the creation of the advertising material for your listing
- Includes creation of Tenancy

- Referencing – £45 per tenant
- Floor Plan – £50 – Helps tenants understand the layout of your space
- Liaising with tenants on Landlord’s behalf – starting from £850
We would always recommend choosing an agent to deal with tenants on your behalf. Agents are trained to deal with real estate in all shapes or forms and their end goal is always to secure the best deal for property owners. Their pride is in the quality of work that they produce and their determination to succeed is something that you can use to your advantage.
Gas Safety Certificate
From £65 inc. VAT
Will be carried out by a gas Safe Registered Engineer and will be digitally accessible (CP12). Any additional appliance will be charged at £15 only.
Boiler Service
From £75 inc. VAT
Will be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer and will be digitally accessible.
Full Boiler service as recommended by manufacturer.
Inventory
Starting from £95
An accredited professional clerk will conduct inventory. The document issued will be documented with photos and details of the condition of the property. You will receive a digital copy and a printed one as well.
