- This level involves finding tenants and completing the referencing process, along with collecting a deposit and drawing up the tenancy agreement. Inventory is optional at a fee of £150/per tenancy.
- Take photos and build a property listing
- Advertise the property on our digital property portals including the office digital screens including social media
- Organise and carry out accompanied viewings
- Liaising with tenants
- Preparation of the AST Tenancy Agreement
- Collecting a Holding Deposit
- Register Deposit into an Approved Governmental scheme
Full management service
11.7% VAT included
- This level involves finding tenants and dealing with all tenant and property management enquiries.
- Take photos and build a property listing
- Advertise the property on our digital property portals including our office digital screens and social media
- Organise and carry out accompanied viewings
- Liaising with tenants
- Preparation of the AST Tenancy Agreement
- Collecting a Holding Deposit
- Register Deposit into an Approved Governmental scheme
- Inspection of the property and tenant management
Rent collection
4.2% VAT included
- This level involves us collecting rent every month and following up with any arrears. Some landlords choose to outsource this to avoid the hassle of chasing late payment.
